General Consultations

New clients are required to prepay a non-refundable $35 deposit (email invoice) to secure an appt. In some cases this may be applied to the style. For questions, answers, styling ideas, hair & scalp analysis, & product info.

Appt. reminders will be sent out the day before and must be confirmed by 9pm.
Failure to respond may result in cancellation, rescheduling, and a missed appt. fee.

Installation and retightening. $50 non-refundable deposit to schedule installation appt. (deposit will be applied to service)

Sisterlocks® Installation Package
950+
$250 non-refundable deposit required prior to install. Includes consultation, installation, starter kit, and 1st retight. Starting at $950 for 5 inches. Each additional length is $50.
Prices vary with hair length and density etc, to be determined during consultation.
Sisterlocks® Retightening
$40/hr
*Note: If client is past normal retightening schedule (easy to determine by new growth amount), they will be charged $45/hr.
Loc Reestablishment / Maintenance

Resizing, reconstructing, extensive retightening, re-gridding etc.
Microlocs
Hair Length: Starting at 5 inches at $850.00 . Each additional inch of hair is an extra $100.
$250 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required prior to Install which is subtracted from the total.
During the consultation, I will place 4-8 sample locks which require at least 2 shampooings (7 days apart) prior to install.
Hair and Scalp Rejuvenation

Our hydrating detox treatment cleanses your locs while restoring moisture, leaving them soft, hydrated, and manageable. Perfect for dry or brittle locs, especially in this desert climate. This treatment helps repair damage and balance hydration. Includes shampoo, and/or conditioning, and steam scalp massage treatment.

Dematting Services
This is a highly specialized services that goes beyond detangling, because of how much of a hard ball the hair has matted into. In most cases, locks/dreads (which ever you prefer to call them) are controlled matting and in other cases people choose to free form lock their hair (allowing the hair to matt on its own without manipulation. )However; people with severely matted hair due to hospitalization, depression, neglect, and improper product use isn’t a planned thing.
Dematting Package
75/hr
A non-refundable 250.00 deposit is required prior to service in order to hold the appointment as it could take several hours or many days to deconstruct this interwoven mass without using cutting shears . Hair Dematting services are performed by our lead stylist, Melissa . On occasion, a trained assistant may help, but no one without proper training will work on your hair. Includes detoxing/clarifying treatment

As a licensed Cosmetologist, Natural Hairstylist, and Certified Sisterlocks® Consultant, I possess the technical skills and experience to cut, style, braid, and lock hair. I'm also knowledgeable in hair loss, proper hair tension. scalp disorders, and diseases in order to ensure client safety, protection, and infection control practices. I understand and value the holistic relationship between client and stylist.
Through the practice of natural hair care I have been blessed with the privilege of redefining beautiful in the modern aesthetic by embracing different hair types, textures, lengths, shapes and silhouettes.

Cancellation & Sales Policy
Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations and no-shows due to the amount of time allotted for appointments.
Payment is due upon completion of the hairstyle and all sales are final once the hairstyle has been completed and paid for.
Prices are non-negotiable. Cash, debit/credit accepted, no personal checks.
